A full body massage transformed by the use of essential oils to uplift your mind, body and spirit. The small molecules of the essential oils are able to penetrate the body through the skin and nose. Hot Stone Massage

Hot and cold stones are used to massage you to relax your mind and body and to relieve pain and soreness. This massage elicits a deep relaxation beyond compare and can be implemented in a many ways:

Relaxation Hot Stone Massage is a full body massage using long nurturing strokes with the stones to completely relax you and lasts 90 minutes.
Deluxe Hot Stone Massage is 2-hour indulgence using relaxing techniques with the stones and also includes a head, face and foot treatment and includes a chakra balancing technique.
Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage uses the weight of the stones in addition to the pressure I use to get deeper into the muscle and break the pain cycle and can last 60-90 minutes.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a 2500-year-old ancient art of body therapy used for healing and transformation. The Thai Massage is performed on a floor mat with the client fully dressed in loose comfortable clothing. The massage is given in silence to allow the client to focus on himself or herself without distraction; the effect is uniquely relaxing as well as energizing. It is similar to acupressure using gentle pressure with the hands and feet, combined with a wide variety of stretches and yoga postures.
